Parents/Guardians Restart Survey
Parents/Guardians,
As the district works toward developing a plan for returning to school this fall, we recognize the importance of gathering input from our families. This survey is only to gather preliminary information for planning purposes. Once a district plan has been developed you will be asked, at a later date, to make a decision on the learning model that works best for your family.
Please know that we are considering many options and that the health and well being of our families is the highest priority.
