WiFi boosters installed in school parking lot
Posted on: April 17, 2020
Last Thursday, Technology Coordinator Tess Hill and the rest of the IThelp team installed WiFi boosters to enable students to access the internet from each school’s parking lot. This will allow students who have limited access to the internet to work on any schoolwork from their cars uninhibited.
“We want to make every effort to help students get connected by offering free WiFi in all district building parking lots,” Ms. Hill says. “This will help students to download information to their school loaned devices and take home offline content.”
The WiFi will have restricted times, ensuring no one is on school grounds during late hours for internet access.
