MC Mindful March

MC prioritizes the mental wellness of our students, particularly during this uncertain and inconsistent time of the pandemic. There are many ways to work on mental wellness, one of which is practicing mindfulness, which is the act of being present within one’s body; observing, recognizing, and accepting any emotion, memory, or physical state. It has been proven that practicing mindfulness increases awareness and helps individuals learn how to better regulate their emotions in their daily lives. 

This is why MC has chosen to practice “Mindful March,” thirty-one days of mindfulness reminders and activities. MC’s Facebook page has been posting daily mindful reminders for our students, parents, and community.
